What we collect
Your name and work email, if you choose to give them, and the answers you give across the five spans. Your responses help build a picture of how people experience change across organisations; anything published from that picture is aggregated and never identifies you or your organisation.
The mailing list
If you tick the consent box, we email you occasional notes on The Connection Bridge™ and related work from The Leadership & Transformation Studio — new tools, essays on leading change, and invitations to sessions. Nothing more, and never shared or sold to anyone else. Ticking the box is entirely optional and is not a condition of using the assessment.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting The Leadership & Transformation Studio. Withdrawing consent removes you from the list and we delete your contact details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its use. We act on requests within one month.
